Build: b2026.02.07.0006 (Demo Alpha)

Released: 2026/08/09

In short:

  • Expanded the first level into a living city scene with a street, sidewalks, multi-plane buildings, trees, pedestrians and new environmental elements.
  • Added a complete traffic system with smooth braking, safe following distances, safe vehicle respawning and saved traffic state.
  • Implemented fuller 2.5D perspective: characters, vehicles, weapons and items can naturally move and appear in front of or behind one another.
  • Significantly improved lighting and dynamic shadows, including their integration with the post-disaster street and permanent thermal shadows.
  • Refined pigeons: flight, landing approaches, perch selection and reservation, post-landing activity, and save/load.
  • Added the complete rocket sequence: eight launches, trail dissipation, a 10-second delay, eight incoming rockets and their impacts.
  • Implemented a procedural nuclear explosion with a flash, pressure waves, a mushroom cloud, fallout, radiation, vaporization and permanent thermal imprints.
  • Added the first batch of post-disaster Level One graphics; the resources and hidden layers are prepared but not yet enabled in gameplay.
  • Added an on-screen radiation effect, a new death presentation, and expanded robot HUD and presentations.
  • Rebuilt physics, elevators, ladders, slopes, movable objects, weapon behavior and vehicle collisions.
  • Extended save/load and stabilized rendering, high refresh rates and GPU resource management.

Status: Demo Alpha — the largest expansion of the city layer so far, now including a complete rocket sequence, a nuclear catastrophe and persistent aftermath.
